Game 1 White Sox vs. Angels May 30,2006

Wearing undershirts was not necessary for this bright and balmy game day, where the Sox faced the Angels. Even the only-in-Chicago 15 degree drop in the third inning didn't dampen our spirits. Our fielding shows great improvement, helping catcher Sean White to tag two runners out at home. First baseman Sam Morin made three outs, while Eric Li made an out at third and short stop Zachary Leslie tagged a runner out in the second inning. Harrison Shapiro and Amelia Thompson made two runs each in a batting line up where nearly everyone scored. Good job Sox!

Game 2 White Sox vs. Red Sox June 6, 2006

The visiting Sox opened the first inning on this windy Tuesday with runs scored by Macy Barnes, Amelia Thompson, Sam Morin and Morgan Matthews. William Brendel made an out at second in the bottom of the first. Despite the great fielding by the Red Sox, the second inning saw runs by Sean White, in his last game of the season, as well as Levin Barnes and Eric Li. For a second straight week, short stop Zachary Leslie stopped a runner at third. The White Sox are stepping play up a notch!
